The TOPGEAR LCA-workshop on 14th March 2024 at Stellantis/ Orbassano brought together over 70 enthusiastic participants from all over Europe to push further the boundaries of current approaches to make todays products more environmentally friendly. From eco-design as well as prospective LCAs to challenging questions like how CO2 footprint can be also considered in the business model identification even before the product development work is started was lively discussed. Concrete recommendations for part suppliers as well as for research providers how to deal with current and upcoming requirements from industry as well as from regulatory side in terms of sustainability and circularity of products and processes were elaborated.

In brief - a lot of food for thoughts on LCA and far beyond!
